Design - Build

With our state of the art CAD/FEM systems and engineering expertise, we can design component parts and fully integrated systems that will meet and exceed customer requirements.

We can also manufacture and install bearing housings and components, hydraulic power units, process pumps and automation systems.

Standard and Special Products

Kinecor can design and manufacture products in low volume and one-off production. We also offer reverse engineering capabilities. Drawing on the vast array of products that Kinecor distributes, we can integrate a complete range of components into our designs and systems.

In addition, Kinecor produces a full line of spherical roller bearing housings and accessories that meet industry standards. We can design and manufacture both custom and standard housings including accessories that respond to customer specifications. We fabricate these products for companies that span worldwide industries including mining, forestry, primary metals, power generation, aggregate and food processing.

Hydraulic Process Systems

From design and manufacturing through to equipment installation and start-up, Kinecor's experienced engineers and technicians can design and build complete hydraulic and fluid handling units, ranging from standard process systems to the most complex custom solutions.

Our in-house manufacturing and testing capabilities allow us to build these systems to the most demanding industry standards and specifications.

Failure Analysis

Kinecor’s engineering and technical service team can provide failure analysis support across several product lines including hydraulic, bearing and power transmission, pump and automation components.

We also offer full diagnostic capabilities. Written reports are provided with root cause analysis and recommended corrective actions. We can quickly identify and correct problems by providing customer assistance over the telephone, online, as well as on-site.
